We are HiFi Tex-Mex BBQ, a bricks & mortar love letter to classic Tex-Mex and soulful southern BBQ with locations in Alexandria’s Del Ray neighborhood and at Mosaic in Merrifield (Fairfax).

Chef Nathan Anda of Red Apron and Hi/Fi Tacoshop is the mind behind the concept and has crafted a menu that screams clear skies and carefree afternoons. We’re talking a mix of classic Texas and Carolina-style meats, all carefully slow-cooked on a combination of offset and reverse flow smokers and incorporated into mouthwatering Tex-Mex style creations like tacos, nachos, and so much more. And with food this good, we’ve built a bar that’s tough to beat - replete with a seriously fun menu of craft drafts, iced and frozen cocktails, super crushable wines and  deep collection of tequilas.
